Our Background

Our Founder, Fidelia Tufour, has more than 25 years healthcare experience in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.  She started as a Certified Nursing Assistant and then received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and her certification as a Registered Nurse. Because of the exceptional quality of her nursing skills and her gift for creating a positive outlook among those she serves, she has gained a high level of recognition both from the medical community and from the diverse range of families she has served. In response to the recommendations to those she has worked with, Mrs. Tufuor created a personalized  health care organization where families can readily reach her  and her health care team to care for their health care needs. Through Fidelt Quality Home Care, she and her team look forward to providing the highest-quality service for families throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
